CDigital Pakistan is a 20-year-old GovTech firm working across ICT, security, energy, and biotech. Their business development, project management, and financial tracking ran on six disconnected spreadsheets, email chains, and Slack threads. We replaced all of it with one platform their entire company works in every day.
Six spreadsheets and a prayer.
CDigital had been operating for two decades on a growing patchwork of Excel files, email forwarding chains, and informal Slack coordination. Tenders got lost between departments. Contract financials lived in one person’s head. Project milestones sat in a spreadsheet that three people edited at the same time. The Managing Director could not see the pipeline without asking four different people.

The system is role-aware: the Managing Director sees financials and pipeline, directors see their division’s tenders and contracts, executives manage projects and tasks, and employees see exactly what is assigned to them.
