CDigital had been operating for two decades with a growing patchwork of Excel files, email forwarding chains, and informal Slack coordination. Tenders got lost between departments. Contract financials lived in one person’s head. Project milestones were tracked in a spreadsheet that three people edited simultaneously. The Managing Director couldn’t see the pipeline without asking four different people.
